Emmy Rodriguez

Emily Rodriguez is a 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor from Central Florida. She received her certification in 2015, and is gearing up to start her 300 hour training this summer. Emily has taught everything from Vinyasa to Yin; prenatal to senior yoga, and she specializes in Hot, Hatha, and kids classes. She has been practicing for 11 years, and was introduced to it by her sister, who is certified in Ashtanga yoga. Along with her yoga practice, Emily has a red belt in tae kwon do, and has recently started cycling to further balance out her physical practice. She is also the mother of a 3 year old yogini in training!

Emily loves being part of the Fit Flexy Folk team because she enjoys connecting with fellow yogis across the world, learning from each other and sharing experiences. She is also honored to have the chance to share her passion with those curious about, and new to their yoga journeys.
