Brooke Bonfadini

My name is Brooke Bonfadini, and I am from a small town in northern Virginia. I am currently a student at The University of Virginia studying electrical engineering, but my hobbies mainly include yoga, hiking, and painting. I first found my passion for yoga when my therapist suggested it as a way to combat my anxiety disorder. Since then, yoga has helped me develop a healthier lifestyle that has aided me in managing my anxiety.

I love being a part of Fit Flexy Folk because it gives me an opportunity to share what I have learned about healthy living with others as well as learn from so many new people. This amazing group allows me to feel supported in my mental and physical health journey while inspiring me to step out of my comfort zone and connect with others.
